OAC is a Financial & Project Construction Management and Professional service provider. It is a duly registered company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reg. No. 2024020138248-06 engages and assists credit- worthy lenders and project owners borrow money for their viable projects thru LOCAL AND FOREIGN FUNDING.

OAC is a direct representative and authorized Mandated Loan Arranger facilitating a selected consortium of private group investors, and multilateral lenders involving export credit agencies in Europe.

OAC is a young, growing company of engineers, with senior project management managers and problem solvers.

Our management team will be represented by Process, Electrical, Civil Structural, and Mechanical Piping, Instrumentation & Control engineering disciplines according to the project scope. Supported by I.T. Manager & Banking.

Our multi-discipline construction engineers have the experience as Managers/ Engineers, and Senior Engineers covering a wide range of projects oil & gas, processing, metal & industrial scope of work
