District Cooling System (DCS) can be defined as a centralized production supply distribution of chilled water from central cooling plant to commercial buildings, residential, industrial facilities via underground piping network. And

The centralized production of chilled water in utilizing District Cooling plant, the generated chilled water is channeled to buildings using various sizes of insulated underground pipes.
